Submission Guidelines
Authors are encouraged to submit unpublished, original work that has not been concurrently submitted elsewhere. Please adhere to the following instructions when preparing your manuscript:
- Papers should be formatted using the conference template available on our submission portal. The recommended length is 6–8 pages including references.
- All submissions must be written in clear English and include an abstract of 150–200 words.
- Submissions are accepted in PDF format via our online submission system.
- Ensure that your paper does not contain any information identifying the authors to facilitate a fair double‑blind review.
- By submitting a paper you agree to assign copyright of the manuscript to the organisers and authors according to the CPS copyright form while retaining the right to use your content in future works.
Peer‑Review Process
Every submission will undergo a rigorous peer‑review process administered by the Technical Program Committee. Each paper will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers based on originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes and clarity of presentation. The Program Chairs will make the final decision based on the reviewers’ recommendations.
Publication
Accepted papers that are presented at the conference will be published by CPS. Authors will receive confirmation of acceptance along with instructions for preparing the camera‑ready version. Note that the “published by CPS” logo will be displayed on all published materials. The organisers do not use any restricted society logos.
